Designing for
behaviour

Changing behaviour takes science, creativity and the right tools. Awareness and incentives alone often miss the real drivers of human decisions such as habits, context and emotion. We turn behavioural science, design and innovation into solutions that remove barriers, strengthen motivation and work in context.

Our tools and methods

From science to practice

Our process keeps your goals at the centre, moving projects from analysis to action and ensuring every solution delivers results.

Research & analysis tools

We go beyond what people say to uncover what truly drives behaviour. Using methods such as behavioural systems mapping, implicit testing and AI-assisted analysis, we combine precise data with human understanding to generate insights that lead to action.

Our proprietary tools

The Landscape Model™

maps the full range of conscious and unconscious influences on a given behaviour, so you can avoid blind spots and activate the right levers.

The Rainbow Wheel™

developed with University College London, brings together more than 60 proven techniques for sustainable behaviour change.

Co-creation & collaboration

Change works best when people are part of it. Through workshops, citizen engagement and creative collaboration with your stakeholders, we design solutions that are grounded in real needs and supported by those involved.

Working with leading partners

The best results come from open, evidence-based collaboration. That is why we work with universities, scientists and changemakers across Europe and beyond.

University College London

Some of our tools build on models such as COM-B and the Behaviour Change Wheel, adapted for sustainability. Through the Behavioural Insights Exchange (BIX), we collaborate with MSc students to keep our methods rigorous, innovative and relevant.

Diversifi Global

As Diversifi’s lead on sustainable behaviour, we bridge science and strategy to tackle local challenges with global expertise.

TASS (The Alliance for Sustainable Schools)

Together with TASS, we run the Sustainable Behaviour Change Hackathon in secondary schools, giving students practical skills to understand and change behaviour.

Open collaboration

We co-supervise research with Imperial College London and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, among others, and we partner seamlessly with your agencies or teams to embed behavioural expertise where it adds the most value.
