Why awareness isn’t enough

Organisations raise awareness, yet change remains slow. People often don’t act on what they know because behaviour depends on more than information. It’s shaped by habits, social norms and the environments that make certain choices easier than others.

For better results, we need to address all these layers and create the conditions and motivation for change, so that better choices become easier and more rewarding.
