Fred is passionate about leveraging tools from both behavioural science and marketing to maximise positive impact. With 20 years of experience, Fred has led programmes and campaigns for brands, governments, and non-profit organisations across Europe, including the European Commission, LEGO UK, and Nestlé Europe. Specialising in communications strategy and behaviour change, Fred spent the majority of his career in London. He holds an IPA Excellence Diploma and certifications in behavioural science from Stanford and University College London, among others.

Julia leads our scientific content, providing recommendations for client projects and collaborating with University College London to enhance and validate our tools. Julia also oversees research initiatives in collaboration with various universities. She has 10 years of experience in projects encouraging sustainable behaviours across topics including food, energy, mobility, and waste. Julia's journey in sustainability began with roles at Welsh Water, Cardiff Water Research Institute, and the Refill campaign. She holds a PhD in behavioural science from Cardiff University (UK).

Behaviour Change Manager

Mira leads some of our priority projects and collaborates with regional and local governments, implementing rigorous and innovative evaluation methods to measure the impact of behaviour change interventions and optimise tangible results. In her previous position at Université Côte d'Azur (France), she focused on research projects aimed at encouraging energy conservation in households, working closely with organisations such as SMEG Monaco. Mira earned her PhD in behavioural and experimental economics from Université Côte d'Azur and was awarded the best thesis prize.

Radhika has a background in communication science, specialising in strategic, policy, and sustainability communication. She supports multilateral organisations in re-formulating narratives and engagement practices. She coordinated the Sustainable Lives working group at the University of Hamburg and has taught at Erasmus University and the University of Amsterdam. Radhika's professional background includes experience in print, television, and advertising. Radhika has been an Erasmus Mundus scholar in Europe, and earned her PhD from Macquarie University (Australia) with a focus on climate-friendly food practices.

Behaviour Change Manager

Ramya completed her research master's degree in behavioural and cognitive neurosciences at the University of Groningen, where she also worked as a sustainability ambassador. Her expertise is in quantitative research in neuroscience, experimental and environmental psychology. Ramya has led several client projects focusing on sustainable diets, mobility, and employee engagement for sustainability. Ramya also focuses on the development and implementation of implicit tests to uncover behavioural barriers beyond consciousness and to identify the most effective behavioural interventions.
