The Challenge
B Corps commit to high social and environmental standards, yet many struggle to fully engage employees in sustainability and certification. B Lab Benelux asked Behaven to close the gap between intention and action, with a practical toolkit that would mobilise employees and support recertification.
Our Approach
Through in-depth interviews with 15 B Corps, we used our Landscape Model™ to map 20 barriers to engagement. From these insights, we built a nine-factor engagement framework and co-created 19 practical solutions with B Corps and B Lab Benelux, each with real-life examples and step-by-step guidance.
The Result
We delivered a science-based toolkit that helps B Corps engage employees, strengthen sustainability performance and meet certification standards, through practical, proven strategies.
